Multiple Teams · Bulldogs handle Lansing Eastern with ease

Emily Somerville scored 10 points to lead the Mason Bulldogs girls varsity basketball team (7-3, 3-2) to a 52-25 victory over Lansing Eastern on Thursday.
Claiming a 25-14 lead at the half, the Bulldogs put up points early in the game. The Bulldogs cemented their lead in the final quarter, scoring 16 points. All of Mason’s team scored in the game.
Freshman Autumn Kissman had 7 points and 10 rebounds for Mason, who also got 7 points from sophomore Jessie Jordan.
Also contributing for the Bulldogs were  Zoe Glass (6 points), Shannon McNamara (4 points), Erin McDermott (4 points), Erica Bartlett (4 points), Jalysa Bard (4 points), Kaitlin Kaschinske (2 points), Alix Blair (2 points) and Brooke Beaune (2 points).
