 Autumn Kissman‘s 11 points propelled the Bulldogs to a 57-27 victory over Lansing Christian on Wednesday. Homecoming Week at MHS

Friday, October 18, is homecoming at Mason High School.  Parade will step off at 6:00 p.m. from Kean’s parking lot.  Kickoff against Waverly will be at 7:00 p.m.  Homecoming festivities will take place at halftime. The homecoming dance is Saturday, October 19, at 8:00 p.m.  Powderpuff is on Monday, October 21, at 7:00 p.m.  GO

Boys’ Soccer beats Charlotte

The varsity boys’ soccer team beat Charlotte 1-0 in Gold Division play.  The Bulldogs are now 11-0-1 overall and 4-0 in conference play.  Antonio Cooper-Lopez scored the Bulldogs lone goal.  Josh Flamme had 6 saves.  Mason plays next at Everett on Saturday, September 21. The JV boys’ soccer team beat Charlotte 8-0.

Boys’ Tennis beats Eaton Rapids

The varsity boys’ tennis beat Eaton Rapids yesterday in Gold Division action.  The score was 5-3.  Dane Rosseter at 2 singles and Charlie Schaberg at 3 singles won in singles matches.  2 doubles (Thomas/Taylor), 3 doubles (Carretero/Sager) and 4 doubles (Killebrew/Martin) aslo won for the Bulldogs.   The Bulldogs move to 3-3-1 on the season.

Girls’ Swimmers beat Williamston

The varsity girls’ swim team beat Williamston/Lansing Christian in a Red Division battle last night in Williamston.  The score was 107-78.  The Bulldogs had fine performances by many.  The 200 medley relay (Namvansy, Hedglen, Billig, Rogers) and the 400 free relay (Hedglen, Krupp, Rogers, Namvansy) both won.  Kaileigh Krupp won the 200 IM, Abby Johnstone

Boys’ Tennis ties Charlotte 4-4

The Bulldogs moved to 2-3-1 on Tuesday night after tying the Charlotte Orioles in boys’ tennis 4 – 4.  Dane Rosseter at 2 singles won as did 1 doubles, 2 doubles, and 4 doubles.  The Bulldogs are in action tonight at Brighton and home against Eaton Rapids tomorrow, September 19.

Cross Country teams beat Lumen

Both the boys’ and girls’ cross country teams defeated Lumen Christi last night in a battle of league title contenders. Girls’ Varsity Golf beats Western

The Girls’ Varsity Golf team beat Parma Western yesterday at Arbor Hills Golf Course.  Mason won 207-217.  Mason was led by Shannon McNamara with a 45.  Maddie Rydahl shot a 50, Lauren McDermott shot a 56, and Erin Beebe shot a 56 to help the Bulldogs.  Audrey Wassner and Delaney Bond rounded out the varsity
