Boys’ Soccer wins in first round of districts

The Mason Bulldogs Boys’ Varsity Soccer Team beat Parma Western 2-0 in the first round of districts on October 16.  The game was held at Parma Western’s field.  Taylor Pease scored the first goal on an assist from Tyler Raab at the 7:57 mark of the first half.  It stayed 1-0 at the half.  In

Even though the traditional school week starts on Monday, the Bulldogs are in action tomorrow on September 29 with cross country at Carson City, soccer home against Haslett (11:30/1:00), and the football team vs Lumen at Withington Stadium (7 pm). Boys’ Tennis finishes 5th at Leagues

The varsity girls’ golf team shot one of the lowest scores in school history with a 182.  They beat Charlotte 182 – 228. The 1998 team shot a 181 which is the lowest score on record for Mason High School.  Shannon McNamara led the Bulldogs with a 42.  Maddie Rydahl shot a 45, Lauren McDermott

Bulldogs beat Charlotte 8-0 in Varsity Soccer

Mason continued its win streak last night and remained undefeated in division play with an 8-0 win over Charlotte.  Tyler Raab and Bill Wilson each had 2 goals.  Also scoring goals for the Bulldogs were Matthew Kobayashi, John Kingman, Antonio Cooper-Lopez, and Chris Hanneman, The Bulldogs are in action again on Saturday against Traverse City West.

Girls’ Golf takes 4th at Optimist Invite

The girls’ golf team took 4th out of 10 teams at the Mason Optimist Invite on Monday.  Okemos’ maroon team won, Lakewood took second, and Okemos’ white team took third.  The invite had an alternate format with two individual scores, a best ball team score, and a scramble team score.  Mason ended up with a score
